Hi Everyone,

Welcome baby Avery!

As I mentioned in my last post, my sweet friend Bev became a grandma to a sweet baby girl. Here’s my little welcome to Miss Avery.

After I made Miss Avery’s card I decided I really should make those stamped Penny Black bunnies into cards. I know everyone tends to think of bunnies as being Easter images…and I did have this comment made to me by someone who shall remain nameless…but I think this is just a super cute image which really could be used year-round.

So first up….and in no particular order….

Card 1: Thanks so Much

Hope you are all having a wonderful day!

Happy Stamping!

Awww….you are so sweet to do that for Miss Avery! She’s a little pudge, and looks quite a bit like big sister Lily did as a newborn. It will be interesting to see if she changes….Thanks for the gorgeous card. I can’t wait to send a link to C&K so they can see it! It’s beautiful, dear friend, and I love it! Your bunnies are darling. Bunnies aren’t just for Easter anymore! I like Carol’s idea for a Christmas bunny too. Your cards always make me smile. Love these. big hugs, Bev

You’re welcome, Bev! I *loved* the photo of you and Avery – how very precious. And thank you so much for your lovely comments about my other cards – you are just too kind! 🙂

Oh goodness, this kitty gets cuter and cuter each time you share it! Darling, lovely, thoughtful card! Absolutely adorable! As for your bunnies – Easter only? Seriously? Nope, bunnies – as you’ve clearly shown here – are year-round sweeites (the idea of a Christmas bunny just popped into my head…you just need to change the hat colours!!). Love how you’ve selected backgrounds and sentiments to showcase them; super duper wonderful! It’s a sunny, yet blustery cool day here, following an early morning downpour; perfect ‘conditions’ for a day inside, crafting. I really should get some exercise, too,, as I’m not quite sure card-making qualifies as an ‘endurance’ sport! Have an excellent day, Kylie – and again, your comment make my day sparkle, as do your cards and posts!! Hugs!

There will be a break from the bunnies for a while now, though. Time to move onto something else but THANK YOU! I think this bunny looks like a year round bunny too. 🙂 A Christmas bunny sounds awesome! Thank you for your sweet comments, Carol! Hunker down and enjoy the inside day. 🙂 Any weather is good weather for crafting but miserable ones just make it all the more perfect. 🙂
