Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge 1

Hi Everyone,

Hope you’re all happy and well. I haven’t done much in the way of creating this week but as soon as I saw the new Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge knew I wanted to play along. I had a basic idea to use the cute little deer stamp from the Paper Smooches Happy Camper set, however I then had about five different ideas as to how to achieve my idea. Decided to try a few of them and see which I liked the best…as you do. lol So I stamped up the deer and the tree I wanted to use with it half a dozen times and set to colouring them in.

I suppose I should share what the challenge is for this week. It’s a sketch. LOVE this sketch too.

Hi Kylie – wonderful to see you back with cards – and THREE to boot! Excellent! This one is adorable with the darling deer scene and those oh-so-strategically (because I know they are – you have the ‘designer eye’) special touch hearts. If this arrived in my mailbox, I can guarantee you’d hear me thunderously happy dancing with joy! Sweet+++ – and I’m sooooo excited you joined the PS Challenge! I’m ‘hoping’ to do so as well, but…we’ll see how the time goes with the bike race + cleaning + trip preparation…Thank you, too, for your always warm, encouraging comments – sparkles added to my day!!
